Headed towards loa after the turn off for fish lake that is paved there is a road that crosses the highway. The left hand road goes up to the paved road to fish lake. Rigjt hand side has a fork in it, left fork is tv tower road. Itd be fairly easy to miss the road on the right side of high way. Bout 5 or 6 miles outside loa. Sorry tp hear you struck out. I had to take several more shots than i woulda liked. I underestimated range. Luckily she wasnt worried enough to leave.

Finally got up there today. There was enough snow that it really made getting around difficult. I found a small herd and muffed the shot. I'm not sure which is the TV Tower road. I went to Loa, past the landfill, and headed to Jake's Knoll. I'll have to try again and hopefully the snow on the roads will get packed down.

Will do, I'm usually up there chasing sage grouse and am on the other side of the plateau and don't see too many goats. I killed a few antlerless years ago back in college, out of either Loa or Bicknell--I can't remember. I figure we'll start looking over there. Thanks
