Basically, every other Western state leaves the whole of September for archery hunters. What's so bad about not hammering bulls at 1k yards during the prime rut @TheHunted? Seems like a win-win...

All you need to look at is the success rate for the any weapon LE hunts. With a 95-98% success rate it wouldn't take too long to take out most of the bulls.

It isn't that hard to move around, you just need to find a unit that you want to start with and then that summer check out other units. It may take a few years but sooner or later they will settle...
