Beautiful birds!

I shot a drake widgeon like that right after I killed my swan with UBB and it was icing on the cake!

I have both in my freezer and have been running different approaches through my mind that will help convince my wife to let me mount one or both of em ever since.

One of my favorites...wish I shot more of them.

Jake, as big and obvious as that Swan is in your freezer, your wife has probably had just as much time thinking of all the reasons to not let you mount it. You gotta be better at the element of surprise!! 😉
