About 10 inches of hard, clear ice. No slush.

Fast action kept the hole from freezing over too quickly.

nice! thanks for the report. is the ice that thick even out at deeper depths in the middle of the reservoir? or were you around the edges?

Snowmobiles are traveling all around the lake, so yes, it is thick out in the middle.

12 inches of hard, clear ice and no slush. Walking is easy. Action was a little slower than last week.

Forecasted storms could change that though.

10 inches on the dot where we fished Saturday. I could have caught the same amount fishing in my backyard, but it was a really fun day on the ice nonetheless.
