Default Landowners east Beaver or Mt Dutton

I didn't apply for any hunts this year because I wanted to focus on helping my old man get a nice buck and finishing school. Unfortunately he broke his ankle and now he has turned in his rifle deer tag. I was hoping to get some meat from his deer, but now that he is not hunting I am thinking of trying for a private land only antlerless elk for some meat. I was hoping somebody on here might be able to help me with land owner permission in either of these units.

Thanks for the responses
