Next time that happens, do this as proof:
Take EVERY firearm out of your truck, grab a spotlight, and go for a drive about 2am.
Totally legal, even during the season, even where you are hunting (disclaimer, unless something changed recently).
Just MAKE SURE you do not have any firearms in your vehicle.
You will see bucks you swear were not there!
