Default Watch today's Wildlife Board work session

The Utah Wildlife Board is meeting today for a work session. The board members will be discussing a variety of topics but not taking action on any of the items.

We will be livestreaming the work session via YouTube, starting at 9 a.m., if you're interested in watching or listening.

CPAjeff and 7MM RELOADED like this.

As far as the Expo -- They want to give these sheep tags to non res - aka their celeb buddies - I HATE the non res only OIAL permits because they also are winning the general grouping ones. Not sure why such a massive push for that to be a top priority.

Really this crap just reminds me how much I just hate the expo and processes. One of the WORST parts of our wildlife plan and processes. The spirit of it is a great thing - the execution and result is terrible.

BUT I appreciate Carl saying do it for everyone or do Res and Non res pools.. The "all tags for everyone" is what it should be.

The extension for 5 years is a joke. They straight said it will be between who has it, and one other group (RMEF). Since RMEF hasn't reached out what? We should bow down and give it to SFW? Meh.

I can't even compose my thoughts on this right now because I get so frustrated.

I only caught the end. Sounds like shed hunters have a target on their backs now.

As for the Expo that was pretty much screwed up 4 years ago. I have no idea what it would take to change anything now.

I donít have the patience or ambition to watch this one...

Give me the scoop on the shed hunters. What are they mad about them doing now? Walking around outside on our lands, enjoying our freedom and wildlife?
