Default Back to the uintahs

For the first time in many years I will be doing the general bull hunt.. the past 5 years I have been lucky to have a family member, myself or friend draw a limited entry tag and been tied up with my own deer hunts.
I cannot wait to get back to where everything started for me and hope to have more success tagging out on some more of these elusive north and south slope bulls.Good luck to everyone who drew

I am just getting started hunting so forgive my ignorance. But it seems like everyone goes to the Uintas for the general elk hunt? Is that the best area to find Elk?

No, it’s not. You can find success there and find it regularly if you invest the time into learning it but it’s far from the best area.
