Default Is he done growing?

I can't take credit for the pictures, but my father-in-law sent me these pictures of this buck as he is trying to persuade me to come hunt "his mountains" this year. I know that their antlers are still growing, but I would think this bucks' antlers are almost full grown. I sure hope he makes it to the Muzzle Loader.

Also, what is the black spot on his neck?

That spot looks like a healed wound. ?

looks like he is about dont generaly when the tips start to curl in there getten close he may get a little on his back forks but the spread and mass appears to be complete. as far as the black mark on his neck hmmmmmmmmmm razor burn from a muzzle loader in 2008 maybe
