I have a few areas to check out. I'm content with a cow or spike... anything will do so having lots of options is pretty nice. I certainly don't plan on running to a bunch of LE areas to hunt though, there is plenty of area for everyone without doing that.

I am hunting one of the new limited entry areas. I will be on Monroe mountain with 100 of my friends and family chasing one eyed spikes.

Just kidding 1-I

I am undecided if I am spike elk hunting this year. I might wait untill it gets closer then pick up a archery elk tag and hunt the same spike only area I am hunting deer in.

My parents have a cabin on one of the LE entry unit that's has not been open to spike hunts until this year. Were going to give it a try this year to see how things go. More then likely it will be a one and out thing.

Helping a friend on a LE Archery hunt on one of the new areas. Might have to get a spike tag just for self defense

Should be LOTS less people running around the area I go. Hopefully they all go to new open areas
