Right place, right time!!!All the phone calls, driving, and scouting finally paid off today. I snuck up on about 1,000 to within about 20 yards. Shot 3 times and killed these 7(yes i picked a group off to the side and didn't shoot at any i didn't kill). I think 2 of them are Ross and the other 5 are snows. The person who let me shoot them was very happy to get them off his fields. There were more today than i have ever seen at 1 time.

If you hunt and fish with your kids you will never have to hunt down your kids!

Re: Right place, right time!!!Nice job! Way to go.
Re: Right place, right time!!!Just got a call from a friend who spent the day at Salt Creek. Up until about an hour ago he had not seen any snows. He just called and said there must be 20,000 out there now! Too bad it's almost over.

Re: Right place, right time!!!That's what you call a dollar short and a day late.
Kind cool to see you sneak and get them. I had a buddy of mine along with another guy did that when we hunted snows in Colorado a few years ago. They shot 36 snows in 6 shots. Amazing how close you can sneak up to them at times. Congrats to you!
Re: Right place, right time!!!SWEET!!!! Nice job Brody.

Dont get me wrong, Im fine with hunting them, just curious as to why they are a nusaince to the farmers.
